They said they were delivering my Mothers 80th Birthday flowers at 7pm. The bouquet showed up around 5 after I called to inquire about the delivery. The girl on the phone was so rude and actually hung up on me stating it was a dropped call. LoL
They said they were too busy and @ 3 pm when I called back they had not even made the bouquet for delivery. She was very sarcastic.
When the flowers finally arrived, the bouquet looked like a 5.99$ from a grocery store. They did not even include the Birthday Balloons that I added on and paid for. I hope no one relies on this place for quality or service. Its the worst experience I have ever had in trying to make my Mothers 80th Birthday Special. I would Never recommend this place. Horrible experience. It was also embarrassing when I saw a picture of the flowers. It was a very small bouquet, even though I upgraded my order. The flowers were all poor quality. Purple fillers and star gazers. Not one quality flower.
