Its been awhile since I ordered flowers from David Rohr Floral Studio but hands down would use them over and over again! live in a different state and I have always had issues having flowers sent to my mom in the Palm Springs area until I found this floral shop! Wonderful flower selection and they provided me with fantastic customer service! They even went out of their way to send me a photo of what exactly was delivered to my mom. I definitely recommend this flower shop! I look forward to working with them again in the future!

STOP - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FLOWER SHOP!!!I made an online purchase to send flowers to a friend in the hospital. The recipient never received the flowers. When I called the shop their VM is full and it's impossible to leave a message and there is no response from multiple e-mails. Apparently, this business which was once a very good one sold sometime in 2022. Now, who ever has taken it over is not interested in continuing but, will be glad to process your online order then bounce with your money. I'm out $70. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!

Poor Customer Service: A month ago, I placed an online order for an arrangement to be delivered the next day to Palm Springs. I immediately received a confirmation email, an order number, and my credit card was accurately charged $108.75. Not only was the arrangement never created or delivered, they have not refunded my $108.75 charge. I have left multiple voicemails and emails to Desert Floral/David Rohr Studio and they do not answer my pleas.

Paid for flowers through the Eisenhower medical center, orders are fulfilled by David Rohr floral studio. Not only was I charged $85.80, and the flowers not delivered, but they refuse to return phone calls nor do they answer their phone.
