They called me, I answered with a 'hello' and after 3 more hellos they hung up on me. What an A-hole move. Way to do business.... So the take-away here is NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH CLIPPER CORPORATION

Clipper Corporation really needs to look up the definition of "customer service" because this customer got the opposite of that.I had a problem with my clipper card and the first person I spoke to,"Joey",was so incredibly rude that I asked to speak to a supervisor and he actually refused!Finally after much argument he said he would get one and he put me on hold forever-after 24 minutes I finally hung up.I called back and the next person I spoke to was just as dismissive if not quite as rude.She did get a supervisor on the line after several minutes and I should not have wasted my time.Whatever happened to customer SERVICE?Remember when the customer was always right?Not anymore and definitely not at. Clipper corporation!please note:this company makes the plastic cards that you have to purchase for $3 and then add money to if you want to ride on BART.What a ripoff and rude and nasty as well.

I have been ordering from this company for the last 3 years and never had a problem until my last order. I order the Viking 3.4Qt Sauce Pan, and after just 2 used pieces of the inside finish came off. Reached out to customer service and got the big run around. Called the company and never received a call back. Obviously these folks are not interested in customer satisfaction. If you have an issue with your order good luck...

The quality of the cookware was not very good. They looked appealing but aren't sturdy enough to last long. I wish I had known that before I wasted my hard-earned money.

This company makes great cookware, they sell other products as well but I have experience with their Viking brand cookware. That being said I recommend this company as a whole because they have AMAZING customer service!!!! They really care about the customer and stand behind the products they make, which in my experience are top quality. I wouldn't hesitate to try any of their products, the customer service is that good.
