Their products, customer service and craftsmanship is of the highest kind, quality, and order. Supreme. 10/10 recommend and will continue purchasing from Cali Headwear for my work and personal wear.

Cali headwear shipped out my order. FedEx did not deliver that package and now customer service wants me to pay for another order again. Their customer service even expressed their own frustrations with FedEx for losing MANY orders that they have shipped out. Maybe its time to switch to UPS. Terrible service experience with Carey or Kerry or whoever that was. Supposedly she is the ONLY one that can process any issues with online orders.

Yo trabaje all y la maneyer que se llama reyna se cree la gran cosa a las mujeres nuevas que entran all nos tratan mal . Como si furamos sus esclavas rpidas para el trabajo solo por que mi error se corto la gorra un pequeito y de eso se enojaba la pinche vieja . No entiendo como ay gente que le gustan que la traten mal no entiendo alas personas mayores de edad como aguantan tanto criticas Pero nimodos .
