RiverPointe Post Acute

My mother was put here by Kaiser. She has been there a very short and I am doing everything I can to get her out of the horrendous place. It is a severly neglected property...I felt like I was walking into a living hell. I have called no less than 8 times to have the phone never answered nor my messages returned. Random people can come and go as they please 24/7 with no staff member monitoring who comes and goes. The staff seems very nice and friendly but the rest of it is NOT condusive of a place for a healthy recovery. I am appalled that Kaiser would even contract with a place like this!!!!

My husband went for rehab. His roommate was tested positive for Covid, I was not notified. When I went there and found out, i asked my husband be moved to another room. I was told it takes time to find a bed. Then I was told it takes time to clean the room. They asked me to cover up when I go to 5he room. I asked what about my husband who is in the room. I got bunch of unintelligent, uninformed answers. Long story short, since they wouldnt move my husband, I brought my husband home. I asked to give me sacramento county info and those who are responsible at the facility to pursue my complaint.
