      image Poor customer service, poor communication, and unprofessional. The staff doesnt know how to answer the phones or transfer calls. Social Services department never returns phone calls.

      image I have been so impressed with the staff at Mission Carmichael.
      I recently had a care conference with Monica and the nursing team.
      They have kept me informed on a consistent basis with my sister's care.

      image The food is mostly disgusting. It's 100 outside and they have no ice. Patients need to buy their own fans to keep cool. At least 1 to 2 hours wait once you ring for assistance. The PT and OT great!! They work with you on your level.
      It isn't fun being woken up at 4 in the morning to get your toe nails clipped. They could use a more realistic time.
