        We had somebody crash into our apartment complex after trying to peel out and the managers were on top of getting us a place to stay for the night and make sure we were taking care of an okay. I've never had such amazing customer service from apartment management before

        I've lived once was called Carmichael Gardens which now renew4247 for thirteen years and 5months. My experience with Carm. Gardens was up and down. When I first moved here it was a beautiful and peaceful place to live, but when they started changing managers, one didnt know what the other was doing and some were on power trips, so that affected everything from getting things done. The only only I can say was worth it @ Carm Gardens was Ronnie our maintenance man, he tried his best to keep our complex and tenants happy. We'd asked to have something fixed through the office and maybe it got done. But if we caught Ronnie he'd work it in that day or the next sometimes off the clock. Since the new company bought out Carm. Gardens, ( which had the nickname, Carmichael Gardens the Hood) we have a new face lift, maintenance is taken care of within the day, or Brittney will call and ask if they could come fix it the next day. I have nothing but good things to say. Brittney our manager is awesome. If I was a looking to rent, it would be here Renew4247.
