Carmichael Village

Since we have been in the country we’ve been living in many other Complexes/apartments – we have found and experienced that Kate (the manager at Palmas Patio Ap) has been the best manager so far in our experience and we’re so fortunate by having a manger like Kate who is very easy to understand nice polite and patient and she treats all the residents like family members. By the way the maintenance person Igor he is very awesome person as well he is very cooperative when you need him for fixing something in your apartment. Many Thanks to Kate and the maintenance Igor.

This apartment complex is gross. There are outside roaches (they said that they don’t go in the homes), the trash is never maintained, management Kate first treats black tenants fair and resulting in me needing to jump leaps and bounds to have the same amenities as others. Kate also spends her work hours at the goodwill and not in the office. Kate is rude and laughs at maintenance issues. Kate is unprofessional and doesn’t care about the community. She is loose at the tongue. D favors certain tenants then that of others. Upper management Cristina is no different. Plus the homeless live behind our apartments and Kate said that was our problem and to call security.

I lived here for eight years i grew up here then my mom and i moved the people here are good they treat you like a family when i used to live there it was a family all the people and us kids had our ups and downs but we all cared for each other.

Bad management. Big waste of time. I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment to rent and they posted an availability. But when I called, "Kate" said that there were no 2 bedrooms to view until next month. I agreed to set an appointment to view the 1 bedroom and to at least see the environment. She called me back saying I can go the next day to see a 2 bedroom but it had to be tomorrow since the next tenants are scheduled to move in the following day. I agreed and set an appointment to see the place at 1pm. Lo and behold, I got there at 1pm and no one was at the office. While I was waiting, 2-3 tenets came up to the office and had the same reaction. To quote them " Are you kidding me? Every. single. time. do they not work?" Seems like no one is in the office a lot. Big waste of my time to drive over there and I even got off work early. Super unprofessional. I called twice while I was waiting and no answer. Also, they are tying to change their name to the Palms Apartments, don't let it fool you, they are trying to escape their bad rep. but it follows.
