I cannot more highly recommend Barry Throgmorton to any family looking for a home on the Monterey Peninsula. His strong relationships with brokers in the area give his clients a distinct advantage. In our case, Barry found us the perfect property before it had even been listed and we closed the deal within a couple of weeks. While being highly professional and shrewdly assertive, Barry is also a incredibly kind and caring person who is in this line of work not primarily for the pay, but rather because it is fulfilling for him to help others realize their dreams and goals. Barry's communication skills are excellent, he is a true listener, and he was always available for a phone call or message when questions arose.
