In addition, this was an unusual financial transaction in which the sellers carried a portion of the lot. I can't recommend Bri enough. After owning our home for just 6 months, we needed to relocate. We thought it would be our toughest move/sale yet, but Bri made it the easiest. Bri managed photos/listing for us while we were out of state, really protected our schedules (hello two-year-old nap schedules) when organizing private showings, and was so accessible and full of advice throughout the process. We received multiple offers and were under contract (over asking price) within a week of listing. Bri was such an advocate and protector of us during the process, and her knowledge of the area and how to price homes in incredible. She's just the absolute best.

Bri Chmel was a Rockstar! Within a week of giving her a call, our house was on the market and in contract shortly thereafter. Her marketing skills are top notch, and she was responsive and dedicated to moving the transaction along and getting us to close on time despite some unforeseeable obstacles that came up along the way. Finally, but probably most importantly, she was super fun to work with and we felt like we were always in good hands. If you are buying or selling a home and need to move quickly, I would highly recommend Bri!
