Jonathan Balog helped my wife and I sell our condo in Monterey California, which sale closed in March, 2017. Not only did he actively and repeatedly show our unit to these buyers, but arranged for repairs to the unit to get it ready for sale. The repair work was necessary generally because certain requirements of the Monterey Water Department that had to be met before we could transfer the unit. Also, my wife and I were not often available to deal with repair people as we did not live in Monterey (the condo was our second home). Jonathan took care of it all, and always kept us updated. There were enumerable emails and phone calls we had with Jonathan in order to close the sale of the Unit. He always responded to our concerns on a prompt and professional basis. He couldn't have been more helpful. We were very pleased with the work Jonathan did for us. We would recommend Jonathan as a real estate salesman/broker to anyone, without qualification.
