Barbara Weidman is amazing! When looking for a new home in Salinas, Barbara Weidman was recommended to us and we are so glad she was! Barbara exceeded our expectations and in fact, outperformed any other realtor we have worked with over the past forty years. Throughout each step of the process, we found her to be very knowledgeable, professional, personable and clearly an excellent listener. Learning our needs and wants, and expectations; Barbara did a superb job finding properties that fit the bill. And, despite the fact we lived 200 miles away, always made herself available in accommodating our own erratic and somewhat inflexible schedule. Home buying can be extremely stressful. She was really helpful and understanding with our needs/criteria and mitigated through the long and painful process of finding new home from beginning to the very end, very professional yet paid personal attention and was always responsive on time to all the parties. Were so thankful for everything Barb did. She worked with us across multiple time zones to find the right deal for us in a tough market, and her knowledge, experience, and professionalism got us to the finish line. Really was a pleasure having her in our corner. Its always evident when youre working with a great agent, because they really look after your interest and provide excellent advice. Barbara worked very hard to find us a place in the Monterey/Carmel area, but lack of inventory worked against us. She is knowledgeable of Monterey and the surrounding areas. She paid attention to our needs and wants and guided us to prospective properties. Unfortunately, no properties that met all our needs where ever available. Barb was great to work with, but the buying opportunities never presented themselves.
