This VA event was a big refresher for me. One big thing I gained from this event was the character statements that can be written to the VA on your behalf. Especially if it's from your spouse. I would recommend these events to anyone I know or pass along what I have learned. I will continue going to events by Jake in the future. Jake is a down to earth guy that is easy to talk with and all around guy.

In preparation for the sale of our home, we did some extensive research and gathering of reviews for our potential realtor. After many wonderful recommendations, we chose Jake Smoke (Team Smoke). His familiarity with serving our area of North County (Oceanside), and resume of selling a variety of home types from your traditional older or newer family home to that new condo or townhouse. As a military family, his support and engagement with the military community was something we especially took to heart. Selling our very first home made this a new experience for us, and he gave us the very best guidance while also reminding us that we're in the driver's seat. His enthusiasm, communication, and clarity provided us with the confidence to be more excited than nervous about the process.
