Rob Denny, Realtor

Rob is the only real estate agent that I trust implicitly. He has helped me buy and sell 4 different properties and has always set records for the lowest purchase prices and highest sales prices in the areas Ive bought / sold. He has the experience and knowledge beyond a regular agent, and does his homework so that he can make every transaction seamless for his clients. Not only is he a fantastic agent, but he is a great guy, very personable and easy to talk to. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

Rob Denny is the ultimate in Real Estate agents. He is knowledgeable and professional. He is not reactive but calm and proceeds with confidence. I love how he is so responsive. It did not matter if I sent a text, an email or left a phone message, he always got back to me. He guided us through the escrow and closing so that it felt like we had someone always there that knew what our wishes were.

List and buy with Rob Denny. My wife and I listed our primary home, rental home, and a lot on a Wednesday. Rob sold all 3 on Sunday! Then he found us our new property, got us in escrow and closed all 4 properties at the same time! We were moved out of the old and into the new in 2 months. A few 'bumps' along the way but Rob handled it all.

Rob Denny is the man! Rob just helped me purchase a 2bd 2ba condo in Carlsbad (La Costa). It was my first time buying a home, but Rob made the whole process as stress-free as possible. He was very patient in explaining the entire process and all its intricacies, and in answering all of my myriad questions. He stuck with me through this tough market for months of searching, and I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. He wasnt just in it for a quick buck; he even talked me out of a couple of places I was getting ready to pay too much for. I spoke with several realtors when I was starting this process and a few of them gave off really sleazy, sharkish vibes. Rob is the polar opposite; one of the friendliest and most down-to-earth realtors youre likely to meet. So if youre looking for a hard-working, easy-to-talk-to guy who really knows his stuff, then Rob is your man. Thanks Rob!
