        Lee is amazing. That's really all I can say. He sold our house in a couple days. Him and his team took total control of everything from staging, cleaning, landscaping, painting, etc. we moved from CA to CO and knew our house was in good hands. If I could give home more than 5 stars I would definitely do that. I highly recommend you hire him to sell your house!!!!!!!

        Very helpful and focused on making the right decisions for our circumstances and needs from start (initial conversation, rent vs. buy, etc.) to finish (moving in and getting services and utilities turned on). Would do business with Lee and Benchmark Properties againand recommend to friends and family looking for a new place to buy or rent.

        First, I want to start out by saying that I refer all of my clients to Lee Arnold with Benchmark Properties. I have known Lee for over a decade and he has taken care of each of my clients, with integrity. His vast knowledge is un matched. If you need a property manager that is going to protect your rights as a landlord, Lee is your guy. I do not trust anyone else. Specially in todays time when the laws tend to favor the tenant, you want a bulldog on your corner. I thank you Lee for all your help through out the years.
