Used Goldman Marketing to handle the rebrand and print collateral of my derm practice. I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with the owner of the company, Risa Goldman Luksa. She was extremely unprofessional and had inflated projects rates. Her strategies lacked direction and any creativity. My experience with Goldman Marketing Group was less than satisfactory the moment Risa stepped in for reasons unbeknownst to me in the place of the account coordinator. On more than one occasion during our monthly phone meetings, she would clearly be eating her lunch and speaking with her mouth full. I am baffled on as to how this marketing company retains clients. I have spoken to her other clients in passing and they have also expressed similar concerns. My recommendation to anyone looking to hire a marketing firm, especially medical practices, stay away from this one.

When I walked into the office the receptionist was very pleasant, it was easy to schedule my appointment. Risa was prompt in meeting me so I did not have to wait. She explained about her services and approach as well as address my concerns. The company I am working with is signing with her and we start our projects next month. When I asked for referrals, so I could speak to some of their prior clients, the list was provided right away and I called and they have stellar reviews. They were even willing to work with me financially because we are doing several large scale projects so we are spacing them out over a few months. Goldman Marketing Group is a great company! I recently found them and they are helping me immensely with a business I work with in the area. I started my own business years ago and wish I had found Risa and her team back then, because I could have really used her services. They do everything from: websites, social media, develop logos, develop marketing campaigns, handle office issues, video, photography, schedule speaking engagements. Never seen anything like it!
