    We just cancelled our service with Process Peak after being with them for four months and not showing up on google searches. We were paying a lot of money for SEO but haven't noticed a difference since signing up for them. Lots of promises but no monitoring and no results. As it turns out, our google+ page wasn't even verified and we weren't showing up on any of the searches unless we googled our business word for word. I can't recommend these guys. They didn't deliver what they promised. They get you to write an amazing review right after you sign up with them (which is very clever way to get lots of positive reviews) but they don't actually make the difference they promised. How many reviews are from people who have tested and loved the service? I'd have to look hard to find any... 12/1/2015 I spoke with Olin, from Process Peak, today and we had a long conversation about what we could have done differently to see the results we were hoping for through their service. I realize that I had a few misunderstandings and misconceptions that skewed my expectations. By communicating with them earlier, those misunderstandings may have been resolved and lead to better SEO. It's no small thing for a small business to pay the price equal to a small car payment each month for SEO. Process Peak has hundreds of clients, but it would be really great for them to have some sort of monitoring system in place so that some of us small, inexperienced business owners don't get looked over in spite of ourselves. That's why we pay the experts. For the price, I do expect a certain amount of attention and results. The impression I had when signing up for Process Peak was that after a few months, because we understood results take time, our business would be found on google search for the areas we service. We weren't showing up like we expected, which may have been helped if we were monitoring our own business on google. Since cancelling with Process Peak, I have been learning about and working our SEO myself. Though, I have started to see some of the positive results I was hoping for, it has taken a whole lot of time and effort to learn and implement all of it. With that said, I can see some value in business owners being able to call Process Peak up and have them do the SEO for them so they can focus on other business details. If I have any advice for new businesses getting started with Process Peak it would be to keep in communication with them. They give you a great initial consultation but it's a flood of information that may be difficult for new comers to retain. With Process Peaks vast clientele, It will be up to you, as the business owner, to periodically monitor your situation and contact Process Peak for advise and with any questions you have about optimizing your experience and SEO. I wish I would have contacted them and asked questions when I took over the marketing for our business a month ago. Who knows, maybe we would have seen better results. Olin and I also spoke about possibly implementing an automatic email system. This way they could give advise to their vast customer base on ways to succeed and properly use the services offered by Process Peak. It would provide information for inexperienced business owners, such as myself, to stay informed and learn on more of a drip system then from the end of a fire hose. It's not a fix all but for those who read their emails it would help. With all this said, I changed my review from one star to three because I believe that Process Peak is putting effort toward customer satisfaction. In spite of my earlier negative experience, I can see those efforts.
