We have been so happy with Carlsbad Country Day School. Our son started 6 months ago and is in Ms. Joana's class. He has the most caring, involved, and attentive teacher. The rest of the staff are also excellent, open and communicative. We could not recommend them more!

We just moved into town and I have been so incredibly impressed with this child care facility. We've been there for about 6 months. They treat our girls like their own. They send pictures all the time, give us updates, and my girls are always happy to see their teachers. They even have date nights for us parents on random weekend nights! One huge benefit is that the children stay with their "class" throughout the years, instead of changing teachers and friends. I have been a little disappointed in their COVID-19/sick policies, which could be improved, but overall a great place for care.

The owner had an appointment with my friend and was so unprofessional! On the day of the appointment, my friend did not even get to meet Melissa who she's scheduled to meet.. Another staff member who also was unprofessional met with her instead for 10 minutes and rushed the meeting.

Amazing school.  Quality, caring staff.  My daughter learned so much!  Love the grounds, great space to get out and play. Really enjoyed this place.  Fun learning projects, school chef (so no packing lunch / snacks!) and a fall & spring performance! Absolutely worth the cost if it's in your budget.

This is a great school, probably the best private preschool you can find in the area. I made a thorough research before sending my 2 daughters there and although it is expensive, it totally worths the extra $$ . To begin with the half day program is 8.15-3.15pm, long enough compared to other schools. The teachers are all great. Ms Breanna, Ms Leslie, Ms Rachel, Ms Alysse etc. In half day program they also offer lunch and healthy snacks which is great.My oldest daughter started when she was 2.5 yo and my youngest started at the Infant day care program 16mo, since the first day that I left her at the CCDS I felt safe and knew she was in the best hands. I have a very good experience even during covid-19 difficult time they managed to stay open and that was amazing.The staff is great, all friendly, polite and willing to help you. The only annoying part is that they do a lot of % increases in the tuition fees, which sometimes doesn't really make sense. Other than that, I give 5 stars and more, my daughters learned so many things and they were always happy during drop off and pick up time. We also met so many nice families there. CCDS you ROCK!
