I had better, my selection of aviators got less. And the cashier tried to charge me $91. Instead of $71. It got corrected but I had to insist for her to recheck!!!.

I LOVE Quay sunglasses. Im writing this after having an unpleasant experience with one of their associates at the Westfield Topanga. I went in to get a pair of sunglasses that were a gift from my mom to be repaired. When I received the glasses they seem to be in perfect condition but after having them for less than 3 months, I noticed one of the screws was very loose. I took very good care of these glasses, I only really wore them when I drove and kept them in the glasses compartment of my car. After trying to see if the screw was loose, I noticed it has partially fallen out. The screw had snapped and I couldnt twist it out. So I went to the store to see if they could repair them with whatever tools they had. Cynthia offered her help and told me that the best she could do was offer me 50% the same/new pair. Absolutely unacceptable. Your product cant hold a simple screw so now I have to buy a whole new pair? In other words, buy your own gift is what she said. Long story short, dont ask Cynthia for help if you go to this location. Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences the 3-4 times Ive been there except this one with Cynthia.

If I could gv more than 5 stars I would I've never had such extraordinary  customer service from anybody until today from CYNTHIA not only am I callin from the fresno area I'm callin n asking for help via the telephone. CYNTHIA went above n beyond in helping me with my problem. And she got it done n I'm hanging up being extremely satisfied. I've nvr met her but it was like I was talkin to a friend.. Many thanks n hella props to u! Nxt time I'm I tht area for sure I will stop in n buy more.. thank u thnk u thnk u!!

The homie and I just walked in to check out some sun glass. I was really indecisive about which ones to get, but thankfully Sai helped us out and was patient about me trying out different ones. Sai was supper cool and we will definitely be coming back (heart emoji)
