        I put a pair of Tiffany glass on hold November 27th for pick up the 28th, PETE who should not be a assistant Manager is not very thorow and tried to sell me Tiffany glasses that had scratched lens and Frames I told Pete I would pick them up the next day in the morning and let's jus say I wasted a hour and half waiting for a new pair to come in and made me late for other events I had to attend and also did not even compensate or Discount me for my troubles. Never again will I buy from Macys Sunglass Hut and Pete needs to be retrained or swiped of his management position!

        So sad, their manager didnt exchange my sunglasses because it was 7 days past the due days. I am a health care worker who quarantined herself for 2 months to keep others safe from COVID, this is what you get!!!!
