Looking for an apartment, nobody is in the office (and there are no signs) for over an hour. Took hours to be able to get someone on the phone and when they finally answered, they were unprofessional amd did not know how to answer my questions properly. This property needs a better management team.

Nothing isperfect in life, but constantly things don't work, and they go through managers like no other. 1 Manager was heartless towards me and rude and unprofessional. They try to charge for anything they can charge fore, they are money driven. And changed office hours which has been very inconvenient, wasn't able to drop off my check. I hope new management will make changes. But I've been very un happy alot of the time I been here

*Update 5/31* Building charged me to replace the carpet for my ESA pets without any notification in the lease agreement. When speaking with the maintenance guy who had been there for years, he stated that the complex replaces carpet after tenants who have dogs regardless of the state of the carpet or length of stay. Tara with the building management denied it but could not provide reason why the carpet should be replaced. I tried to ask Tara about other discrepancies or weird charges on my final bill. She became curt and unhelpful. This building will nickel and dime you. Between that, the rude management and the homeless camp nearby I suggest looking elsewhere. *end of update* They building is nice but the quirks and issues have been out weighting the pros. Been here a few months now and it is indeed a regular occurrence for the hot water to be an issue or under emergency maintenance. Ive had multiple packages stolen despite paying monthly for a concierge service. They staff blames the delivery people but they do not actually tell the delivery people to use the package drop and there is no signage for those drivers. When I brought it up to the staff they said package theft is an issue with every apartment building. This is my 3rd building and so far this is the only time its been an issue. There are signs for cameras on every floor but cameras only on the front door. Im not even confident they work. It takes multiple days for maintenance requests to even be looked at, let alone addressed. Im still waiting on them to replace a ceiling fan that was faulty upon move in. It took three tries for them to assign me an empty parking spot and then a week later they assigned another new resident to my spot. My favorite was when they repainted the hallways without notice or signs. They did the same thing when they decided to trim all the trees. They sent a notice out on day 2 at about 11am after they had been working for 3 hours already that day. I stopped leaving voicemails on the line when no one answers because I never received a call back. Overall communication is terrible and theres a lack of ownership and responsibility with the staff. Recommend finding somewhere else to live.
