The managers Karina and Sam are super friendly and were patient with me during the process of leasing my apartment. They made sure I was happy and content with everything being done and that I understood what i had questions to. They answered all of my questions with a smile, and I had a lot of them. I was happy and they made it easy for me. Great management and great apartments. Thank you.

Very bad place too many cochroaches, they don't fix my toilet always have issue with sink clogging very bad maintenance ,the owner and employees are not doing the order job

I live there for a year the apartment was cool Its everything outside of the apartment roaches all up and down the garage both levels with leak water and when you try to notify the management Karina she just try to brush it under the rug and can just give an honest answer on why this is happening and just gives excuses after excuses.

During our application process,on address 8735 independence Avenue ,SAM,the manger he was so welcoming ,flexible and responsive , we are so happy that we are going to live in the cool and quiet place, besides that the neighbors are so friendly, Thank u Manger SAM for the great work we appreciated you
