i can never get my prescriptions on time,
every time i call there is no answer
it always sends me back to the bot in the beginning
or they answer and hang up and some are rude,
they always say i have no refills even tho my medicine bottles say i do,
if i could id give them 0 stars.

Horrible Experience my medicine is never ready on time . They will call you when its ready either and when you try to call them it doesnt go through

I have to wait about 30 minutes to 2 hours to have my prescription ready even though they gave me a call saying it was already ready to pick up.

My God!!! What an absolute basket case!! The entire store, is due for an overall, as far as customer service. I dont understand how corporate allows this go on. So, this puts them a fault, as well!! Mostly, the pharmacy!!too much to list, so suffice to sayI recently, switched to Rosamond Rite Aid, because of the constant issues, with Cal City branch. I have to drive half hour, compared to 10 min. Ridiculous, but necessary & Rosamond is complete opposite of Cal City!! Fast, professional AND they answer the phone instead of the system recycling so you have to listen to the menu, repeatedly!!!!Thanks to ERICA & the management for XLNT service!!!-BYE CAL CITY!!!!

Everytime I try calling rite aid they take 2hours to answer their phone Everytime I call and I don't got time to waste and there was one time where they gave me someone's else's medicines and I strongly believe we need a whole new staff
