Wen Ling Cheng - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had my insurance policies with this agency since I was single just out of college. And I've stayed with them all through the years - when I got married, had kids, and even when I got divorced. I have also moved in and out of the SF Bay Area multiple times. So many things have changed in my life but one thing that stayed consistent in the last 25+ years, was having Pearson and Wen Ling as my contact for ALL my insurance needs. Any time my insurance was involved (like moving or an accident), they helped take the stress off the situation. Their friendly, honest and efficient service can't be beat, so I would never change agencies. Thank you Pearson and Wen Ling for excellent customer service! Would give 6 stars if I could!

I took my car and home insurance from State farm and I mostly interacted with Cindy. She has always been very professional and helpful person. She always explains the policies really well and helped reduce my premium when I moved to California to GA. Furthermore she also ensured I get all the credit back since I had to leave urgently to a new country and she took the time to find out more details as to where to send the money to. Aside from all of these it was always a pleasure to talk to her in general whenever I called inquiring about any details.
