I purchased my home insurance through Angela . She is very thorough in answering all my questions and quick in responding her email.  She is very patience with me with the hundred of questions that I had. I used to purchase from another insurance company which it took her days in responding my questions. Thank you, Angela!! You are the best!

Been a Farmer's client for over 20 years.Have had coverage for both real estate & vehicles. My SF office reliably & quickly answered any questions we've had. Farmer's recently completed a claim for a leak in a two BR townhouse in Southern CA.Considerable damage to floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets. The claim was processed very quickly. Claims rep communicated clearly. Minimal paperwork for what was involved.I was very satisfied with the work and the settlement.Note also that we had a similar claim in a small condo in the Bay Area about 10 years ago. Farmer's also handled that situation very well.My Bay Area Agent is Angela Lee.My claims rep was Brian Varhas.I would definitely recommend Farmer's ... THANKS!

I would give ZERO Star if I could. This is a SCAM !!! Stay away from them! David Sok who is my agent help me set up Workers Comp and General Liability for my small business. At the beginning. Things are so smooth. But end up I received a BIG BILL for my workers comp. Rate is 8.65 per $100. Which I found another company only 2.95 per $100. Almost Triple what I suppose to pay. End up I have to paid 8k for my workers comp. they will not disclose the detail of your insurance at the beginning. They started with a small amount of premium and suck you money at the end. Once you find out. David is not doing a proper follow up for you. You have to chasing their back and keep pushing them to find out. It spent me more than 3 months to have him only adjusted $44 bucks. WTF? Their team is not honest and they aren't professional and guess what. I will file BBB and ALL other related sources to let people know and STAY AWAY from them.
