WORST HOTEL EVER!! This has been the worst experience of my life. Room, amenities, room service..everything was really bad. The shower in my room was broken, the curtain road came out and when I turned the AC on, instead of cooling down the room, it warmed up my room to 77 degrees. When I called the front desk who picked the call after 4th call, they said that they can either provide me with a fan or I can open my window to cool down the room. They refused to change my room or do anything about this whole thing.
Next day, I needed water and they said that come and get it yourself from the front desk since they dont have any room service.
With this stay, I felt like I was staying in a private house where the landlord is only there to make your life hell!!
Im a HILTON HONORS MEMBER AND I WONT EVER BOOK WITH HILTON AGAIN!!!

We just came for the night. My son was out of school and wanted to go to the beach with our dog. Everything was going great except for the uncomfortable bedwe were eating breakfast and our dog was with us. One of the employees scared her by accident and she barked, out of nowhere an employee, Ida approached me and son to remove my dog. I can absolutely understand if that was a problem but there is a right way to talk to guests. She was dismissive, no eye contact, no smile, rude tone and stood over us. No please, no thank you. My son is special needs and became very upset and couldnt eat anymore. I called after we got to the room to ask her name and bosses name and she was just as rude and hung up on me. We dont deserve this. My dog is extremely trained and friendly Blue Heeler/ Collie mix named Valentine. I manage a clinical lab at a trauma center and dont get many breaks. This was not acceptable. Shame on you Ida.

Very unpleasant place to stay air conditioning doesn't work at all. Only hot air comes out of the vent. When we called the front desk to speak about this issue they stated they only keep the heater on even if it 90 outside. They only offer to give you a old dirty fan to help out.(unacceptable! )
Wouldn't recommend staying here. Staff is a bit rude as well. I'll take my money elsewhere.
