Our house had a little fire due to a malfunctioning appliance. The swiftly dispatched fire repair crew fixed everything, even the damaged walls and furnishings. They have amazing attention to detail.

My house suffered mold growth as a result of improperly repaired water damage some time ago. I was concerned about the effects of keeping the kids in the moldy house because I have a child who suffers from asthma. They came quite quickly after I called, looked over the problem, and made sure everything was well everywhere. I could see that they were meticulous and did not take any short cuts. Along with many other things, they ensured that everything had been emptied out and looked into the moisture problem. They resolved the issue that the prior business had caused. "We found about of our downstairs bathroom flooded one morning and called insurance. They immediately recommended Water Damage Champ and referred it out, and I'm glad we accepted! Kristine, Omri, and another gentleman came out. Kristine was extraordinary in her communication and consultation, and was thorough. He discussed their concerns, ideas, and recommended remediation and demo processes, and I'm happy I went with them!
Another crew came out the time before project completion, and they weren't as communicative, and tracked in dog poop (apparently my dog went in the front and we missed it, he didn't). But Kristine came back out for the wrap up, provided updates and expectations, cleaned up, and they did a phenomenal job! Would HIGHLY recommend!"
