The recent rains caused water to back up into my garage which I was storing many household items, furniture, electronics, sentimental items....etc causing severe property damage and as you can imagine, anxiety regarding personal loss. David and his crew came out within 2 hours after calling my insurance company and assured me that everything would be ok and explained step by step what would be done. Water mitigation process was started, they dried and boxed up all salvageable items, took inventory of irreplaceable items and sent pricing to my insurance company. Within 3 days my garage was repaired as well as my anxiety . Everyone was efficient, knowledgeable, and were there to answer any questions. David was just a phone call away and he also checked in time to time to see how everything was going. I can't say enough about my experience with tri-tech restoration. Thank you!!

TriTech, and in particular Manny, impressed us during a recent water issue. From the first meeting through the end, of the work, Manny went above and beyond to deliver first-class customer service. He constantly communicated with us, kept us informed of the process, and was very collaborative, knowledgable, and helpful. Bernice also did an outstanding job communicating with us and doing everything she could to keep the project moving efficiently. Thanks!

Tritech was quick to come out to my home and set up dryers for the flood but I have been waiting months for them to complete the repairs. They keep lying to me about when it will be done, just don't show up and then make excuses about why they weren't there. This cycle has repeated over and over again. Don't get involved, find someone else unless you want a simple repair to take forever!!!

Great service ! Cecilia, Sarkas, Raffe, Jose I dont remember all their names but everyone was professional! I appreciated their dedication to getting my home dry!
