Incompetent and lazy staff. Making false promises and the inability to the basic functions of their job. Putting patients health in jeopardy by not filling up as promised and losing files then lying about it. I'm sure others have had a good experience but when it comes to your health I would not take the risk of having this place be responsible for your well being.

I wonder how this Mr. Gevorkyan never got sued and how is his medical license still valid ? I am speechless and I cannot even think where to start talking about his unprofessionalism.My dad is his patient now ( we're working on changing the primary), we visited him 12 says ago after my dad was dischrged from hospital for his diverticulitis problems. First of all, Mr so called doctor never called or follow up with his patient to know what's going on with my dad while he was in hospital for 5 days. Second, we went to his office to have him looked at the medical reports and let us know what my dad needs to do next and whether or not he should have a specific diet. He said everything is fine and he can start his regular diet slowly (my sad was on soft food diet). Apparently, per his office staff the Doctor prescribed some antibiotics which we were never told of. Our pharmacy did not have the order either. Now, that my dad have pains, fever and chills and the symptoms of diverticulitis are back, the office says that may be we forgot or the pharmacy forgot to deliver the prescription. How in the hell is it possible to forget giving prescription to a patient who had blood and colon infections. I get it , we are all humans and make mistakes but this is not acceptable at all. If you are too busy and dont have time to care for your patients just let them know so they can go to someone else who knows the job and cares a little more.
