Not great, difficult to get ahold of the office. Wait times very long. Doctors attention brief and limited. Had difficulties getting prescription approvals and had to call multiple times, go in person and still wasnt able to get my prescription. Would very much discourage anyone from going here, there are better options nearby.

Horrible customer service! My son has had Dr. Beatón on his insurance card for 8 years and never had the need to see him. Now he finally makes an appointment for a physical with Neftalí who was quite nice but he wasn't at the office when we arrived. Unfortunately, Cecilia was and that lady need to retire. She was sour from the start and shouldn't be in the customer service field. She stated the Dr. doesn't accept new patients under 55! Oh but you accepted his capitated payment for 8 years! Convenient. Not to mention my husband has seen Dr Beaton for years. Do not recommend.

Doctor is good but business practices are shady. I went for a routine physical for a teaching fellowship. I was charged $150 just for a letter that should of been apart of the physical exam to say I was in good health for my program. The nurse took me aside and requested this in the weirdest way the both of us were uncomfortable. Insurance told me that this should not of happened and that it should of been included in exam and billed to them. My insurance agreed it was a shady practice. In addition I had to pay an extra fee months later which was probably correct but the shady request for $150 was not right.
