Ora K. Gordon, MD

I saw Dr Gordon, and she ordered a mammogram for me. I went in on 03/14. I got a call from my regular physician, Dr Putta on 03/19 saying it came back abnormal and to schedule a follow up appointment right away. Of course I was scared to death and very worried. I called Dr Gordon's number the morning of 03/20, and only got the general answering machine. Someone called me back that day to schedule a follow up appointment, but it's not until May 2nd. Still stressing out, I asked the girl how I could get a hold of Dr Gordon. I wrote down the phone number and called, but once again only got the general answering machine. No one called me back that time. Today I got a call from someone named Jessica, calling me regarding my recent mammogram. I called back within 6 minutes and again got the general answering machine. Dr Gordon has never called me back a single time. I can never talk to a human being when I call. This is unacceptable for me to have to worry about what is going on. I am thinking of going straight to the office first thing tomorrow morning so I don't have to worry myself sick about what is going on.

Dr. Gordon is a blessing. She is knowledgeable, proactive, and empathetic. She was able to clarify ambiguous results and answer all my questions and address my concerns.
