Frend Jeremy M MD

Doctor Frend is a knowledgeable and experienced pediatrician. He makes himself available via email and replies promptly. I've never had issues having my son seen (even during COVID) whenever I had concerns about his health. He's kind and patient and addresses all the questions a parent may have. He never rushes you out. I'd definitely continue taking my son to him but we moved to NorCal.

Dr. Frend is so wonderful, I'm constantly telling people how amazing he is. He always takes his time and listens to any concerns I may have about my child's health/development. His recommendations and treatments have always helped my babies. We've been going to him since my oldest was born (about 4 years), and we've never had a bad experience. Also, a bonus, he always answers my non-urgent questions by email very quickly. He truly cares, and it shows. We absolutely love him, and my son actually enjoys going to the doctors.Also, the staff and nurses are all great. The office is well organized, and we are usually called in to a room in less than 5 minutes after we check-in.

Dr. Frend is very helpful. He takes your concerns seriously. He cares for his patients and he will always manage to response for emergency visits or calls for help. The nurses and staffs are also helpful. Happy with our choice having him as our son's pediatrician. And will continue recommending him to our friends and families.

Called in for info had me wait 10min then asked did you want an appointment without offering help I asked about insurance if they took ours right away said NO and bye wow what a staff

We love Dr. Frend's office. Found them through a coworker. We called in a panic when our baby arrived a little early and we needed an appointment with a pediatrician before leaving the hospital, but they were so easy to work with and got us an appointment right away. Over a year on, and they're always quick to get us in for a last minute sick appointment. Dr. Frend is so gentle and kind with our little one, and he is reassuring and knowledgeable without being overbearing. He's also often the doctor on call, and will personally follow up to make sure your child is getting better. When it's not Dr. Frend on call, the other on-call doctors are equally kind and helpful.There's sometimes a little wait to be seen, but that's to be expected when they're so open to fitting in kiddos who need to be seen urgently. I don't mind. I have, and will continue to, recommend Dr. Frend to all my parent friends.
