The ev chargers do NOT work, and after asking about the status, I was told indefinitely dead. The lounge only has sausage sandwiches. No other food. The lighting in the room was poor. Very tight quarters. The breakfast was a joke. A bag of 1 hardboiled egg, an apple or orange, and a sugar loaded drink. Left on the door.

We are on a road trip from Seattle to Los Angeles. This place is very convenient and close to the town. We chose to stay here. Since we arrived very late during the road trip, it was already midnight.room was nice and cleanThe door latch is missing . We just wanted to check in as soon as possible and get rest as soon as possible. We were very tired. However, the front desk staff working at midnight on 4/11 /2024was adding trouble and burden to customers instead of understanding other people's difficulties. When we asked for a quieter room, she didn't even need to check the computer, but she said we didn't have a room available now. I request again, please check again to see if your computer has a quiet room. Then she unwilling checked the computer again and arranged a slightly quieter room for us. She impatiently gave it to us. During check-in, if you have any questions, you need to find the answer yourself instead of asking her. She can't help you with anything. This is the attitude she gives to her customers!

The hotel was clean,quiet ,and organized, very close to Salvand mission street. The only problem was the breakfast which was delivered to door and you didn't have that much option. They send you 2 boiled eggs without bread. Also don't risk if you are traveling with an Electric car. Very hard to find fast charge in Salvang and the hotel's charger was out of order. Nearby activities: Veryy close to Salvang
