        Horrible experience. Got a hello kitty BaB for my daughter. The girl totally messed up the stitching and then didn't do the heart ceremony with the kiss, wish, and promise for my daughter to make it alive

        Fun first time at Build-A-Bear! Workers were kind and helpful and the prices were not too bad, they had good sales. I think the selection is decent but not too many classic teddy bears to choose from. A very fun place for taking the kiddos!
