The roman shade I purchased for a large bedroom window is beautiful! I love the remote control and it's well worth the additional cost. The customer service was excellent when I had a small issue. It was a pleasure dealing with Michelle Sison and I look forward to working with her again to upgrade all of the window treatments in my home!

From the moment I was greeted at the door by Michelle It was nothing but five star service. She spent time getting to know the space I was designing and showed me the best selection of things that would work in my new bathroom remodel. She set me up with an appointment to professionally have it measured. She was always available to talk through any questions I had, and was so patient with me. I couldnt be happier with the shade store and highly recommend it even for the most OCD customer like me lol. Thank you Michelle
