Terrible experience, rude and unhelpful staff with terrible attitude. I have been left countless times in a waiting room in pain for hours with no one to help me. Clearly not an environment where anyone is happy.

The front desk staff are efficient and friendly. They expedited my check-in and got me back for my vitals in less than 10 minutes. The nurse who checked my vitals and reviewed my current meds was also friendly and efficient. The doctor came in to see me within 10 minutes of being put into the examining room. She was kind and compassionate. She was knowledgeable and explained what was happening and how to treat me. I received an injection and given medication to go. This was a wonderful experience and the doctor visit could not have been anymore efficient. Everyone who works at this Urgent Care clinic was fantastic. Thank you for the great care!
