I gave called over 4 times to get an update of my annual exam and every time it rings for a minute and the the automated voicemail pops up telling me that they are away from the desk or busy with another client. ALL 4 TIMES?! Mind you this is over a course of almost 3 weeks. Now I have to go in person to ask about any update when they could have just communicated.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at this clinic where I had scheduled an annual exam for blood work on a Sunday. As per instructions, I arrived on time and fasting, ready for my appointment. To my surprise, I was seen by a different provider than the one I had booked with, and this provider failed to introduce herself. Upon informing them of the purpose of my visit, I was informed that there was no nurse available to withdraw my blood that day and was asked to reschedule for another day. This was particularly frustrating as the blood work was the primary reason for my appointment. During my rescheduled visit on Wednesday, which was promised to be a quick one with no charge, I had to pay $20 and found myself waiting for over 45 minutes in a room without any sign of a nurse. When I inquired about the delay at the front desk, I was informed that the nurse was running behind schedule, despite expressing my own time constraints due to work commitments. Feeling increasingly frustrated, I left the room door open in hopes of attracting attention. To my surprise, Dr. Daniel Bennuri, who was not my designated provider, approached me and asked if anyone had seen me. This further highlighted the lack of organization and communication within the clinic. Although the doctor attempted to assist me with the blood withdrawal, my veins proved difficult, and I was ultimately given a lab order to have the procedure done elsewhere. While I appreciated the doctor's effort, it was evident that the clinic lacked professionalism and adequate staffing. With only one nurse and an abundance of front desk workers, the imbalance in staffing further exacerbated the situation. Without the assistance of the doctor, the clinic's overall efficiency was severely compromised, leaving me deeply disappointed with my experience.

This is one of the worst offices I have very dealt with. I paid $250 cash, then my insurance paid them, they do not respond to calls for the preauthorization my insurance needs. I have spent 2 hours with my insurance to see if this office sent in the request. my insurance even called them. I emailed them as the receptionist requested. I would never use them as a ZocDoc appointment. Might be better in person, but there should be no difference.

Not a fan of this office. they do the bare minimum and don't truly care about their patients. Saw the PA Melody, she seemed in a rush and not super interested in my problem. I had to call back several times to get a Rx filled, then needed a prior authorization. They forgot to send it out for 2 weeks and then couldn't help with an alternative when my insurance wouldn't pay. This place is a poor excuses for a Doctors office and they seem more concerned with making money on visits/copays then actually solving the problem.

I want to share a disappointing experience I had with Dr. Ehsan Ali. Initially, I chose to see Camellia based on her profile on ZocDoc. She impressed me with her knowledge and ability to ask the right questions. Despite the medication I needed being on backorder, she was helpful in prescribing it. However, during a follow-up appointment with With Camilla, Dr. Ali called me instead and things took a turn. He informed me that my insurance wouldn't cover the medication, showing little interest in helping with prior authorization. His rushed manner and lack of care left me feeling disregarded. It's evident that Dr. Ali prioritizes efficiency over patient care. They are difficult to reach by phone, and there's a lack of willingness to go the extra mile for prior authorizations. My experience with Dr. Ali was unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend them to others seeking medical assistance.
