        Tao does a nice job, but is often late, the last time 1/2 hr late! no apology. Her son used the restroom will not come out even, after his Mom & Dad ask & beat on the door for 1/2 hr ask me her paying customer to go to another store!! I asked if he was sick, he said he was NOT sick..Seems they cannot control their time or their son.. Sad way to run a business & treat a loyal customer..
