BH Modern Nails Salon

I am shocked at my experience there after one year. I'm a loyal customer who goes every two weeks at the same time for the last year. Upon arrival today my technician, Michelle, looks surprised when I walked in. She told me she move my appointment to 2:30 PM which is two hours outside of our normal time. She did not call me to tell me she move the time. So I asked her to please call the other person she booked for my timeslot and reschedule. She said she did not have that person's number... We know that's not true. I said to her I take care of you really well as I tipped her $10 every two weeks for a Manicure and pedicure. She kept asking me to come back at 2:30 which I could not because I have my schedule set already, which is the reason for the 12:30 PM time slot every two weeks. She kept apologizing to me and told me to come back at 2:30 where she would only give me a pedicure. She said she didn't have the other customers number because she's not a good customer like me. I said her self I'm a good customer why don't you continue to take me. She just continue to apologize. Surprisingly, a woman sitting in there said " Michelle, I can come back later."  This was the customer who she told me she didn't have the phone number for. How deceitful can you be! I think everyone should know, you should take your own equipment as they do not follow Covid protocols. They do not clean seats or table tops between customers. And Michelle's work is mediocre and I continue to go to her because she kept my timeslot and was consistent. Well because that ended today and her deceitful we started today, I am done

Lazy. Lumpy nails. Terrible shaping. Paint on my cuticles. Didn't even scrub all my dead skin off. Hurt me with the automatic file multiple times.
