Thank you Eric and your team. Your assistance in navigating the legal system has let our family business survive. After a major heart attack, the death of my mother, then my dog, then Covid19 hitting and almost killing my business, things were very challenging. After working out a deferral with our lender it seemed things were good. Wrong. Once the second TD understood our equity, they changed their tune, charged us thousands and thousands of costs and then filed foreclosure.  Chapter 11 was our only recourse to maintain our well over $1Million dollars in equity.We searched out and Eric was highly recommended.
