Dan represented me in a frivolous domestic violence restraining order that was very contentious. I recommend Dan 100%. I originally hired another lawyer to help with a case with DCFS involving our grandchildren. Unfortunately, by the time I got it to Dan it was too late to  do much, but Dan always presented a clear picture. We were later able to get Family Court supervised visitation of our grandkids with the help of Dan and we are so ever grateful. Dan was on top of my case from day 1 and was able to work out a visitation plan that allows us to see our grandchildren on a regular basis. He has always been a straight shooter and is always there to answer my questions. He is now my number one call whenever I have legal questions because I know I will get a straight answer from him. He actually cares which is something I've never experienced or even expected from a lawyer because frankly, I just didn't think that even existed!
