        I had a 10 AM appt. Was outside at 9:45. They didnt even bother to open the business until 10:20 and my stylist was a no show (after they lied that he is on the way). Ruined my morning and wasted an hour of my time. No call to warn me, apologize, nothing. Dont take the risk and go somewhere professional. Follow up: the owner reached out to make things right. I appreciated the follow up.
