I have used some of the most famous names in the Los Angles area for hair care. In short, there is simply no one better than Raphael when it comes to total hair care. He is accommodating, listens carefully while providing a truly comfortable shop which is decorated with the utmost in style and grace. It is a pleasure having Raphael do his "magic"! Raphael is an artist and that is why I drive 50 miles each way for his skill and artistry.

I called this salon to ask about services and availibility and the person I spoke with was incredibly rude. When I called, he asked who I am. I gave my name. He proceeded to insist on knowing who I am, if I"m promoting something, etc. This is even after giving my name and letting him know I just wanted to know about services, as a customer. Then he said that he guessed we were not on the same page and hung up on me. I cannot believe how crazy rude he was. I wouldn't even recommend anyone call to check out this salon. Just pass it on by and check out a salon that cares about customer service, rather than being a better than everyone jerk!
