I have been seeing Gabe and the team on a regular basis for nearly a decade. He has been an invaluable resource in keeping me healthy through many different tweaks, sprains and injuries. Im the kind of person who will always push for one more rep in the gym and so I think Ive sampled all the techniques in his arsenal, from soft tissue work (Active release technique, fascial release), and general rehab (dynamic neuromuscular stabilization), to more fun stuff like Cold laser (class 4 laser), Shockwave therapy and cupping, and everything in between. It is not an exaggeration to say that I would not be able to live pain free without his healing.

Dr. Tarek has been helping me remotely with my cervicogenic headache and his advice is proving to be spot on. He is confident, reassuring and direct. Kinetix365 is 100 percent the best chiropractic and bodywork office in LA. As a former professional dancer, I had trauma and injury I had been ignoring for years, even with regular massage and Pilates I just couldnt manage my pain and embalances properly until I saw Gabe Altman. The work this office does continues to be above and beyond supportive to my body. Especially now, in the time of corona- just going into this office makes you feel better and they have the best masks in town! And if Gabe isnt in, I know that any one of his team members is just as good as he is.Im so grateful to get to continue to work with this amazing team to stay healthy and strong.
