My husband had an appointment today at 4:30pm, we scheduled it yesterday and she accepted it, drove from Las Vegas. Pulling into the city at 4:00pm she cancelled his appointment, didnt call or send a message as to why, and we got to the parlor room at 4:15 and the staff at the front went to go get (Gina the barber) & she wasnt even there, lights off and left him hanging. Thats super unprofessional and lets anyone know thats exactly how she works. Atleast have common courtesy to call him, shoot a text or even ask if he wants to reschedule. Definitely wont book with her again.
