BMO

Im very disappointed with the service of BMO. They didnt know how to open an account. I spent 3 hours in there and they wanted to give me a cashier check and leave because 3 people couldnt figure out how to open an account. They told me a higher interest rate I will get thats why actually I was interested to open the account but when finally after spending 3 hours they achieved to open the account gave me a lower interest rate. I dont trust this bank I will move it to a well known safer Bank. Such a bad customer service in Culver City as well. . No ones answered the phone. They ignored you if by chance they answer they seem forced to talk they sound annoyed.

STAY AWAY from this bank that is BMO now. Donot trust yr money with them. Zero customer service at the branch and the call center. I opened a CD account and have not received my money as I was supposed to. Literally no one has answer or reason of what is going on. The horrible thing is that they didnot even havr access to the account to see what is going on and resolve the issue. There is no manager to address yr concern like other small or big banks. The staff arenot trained at all, not even at the level of high school.

Terrible! No one ever answers the phone. The wait for the 800 number is always way too long!

Imagine walking into a bank and being told that they don't make change/sell quarters unless you have an account with them... If this is the direction of US financial institutions, is there any reason to deal with brick and mortar banks like this?
