Gillian and Patrick are true pros and were fantastic at all stages of preparation, marketing, and negotiating. The house was in need of quite a bit of repair, so they provided expert advice and discussed options regarding what would bring best value on the time scale that I needed to have the house listed. Critically, they ensured that all inspections were done to the highest level, which was vital for ensuring that all disclosures were accurate and complete. During escrow, California was hit with historical rainfall, which led to some water intrusion into the house. Fortunately, the inspections commissioned by Gillian and Patrick had already identified this potential problem, the importance of which cannot be overstated. Not only that, but Gillian was onsite to organize and manage immediate remediation and clean-up, as well as monitor the situation. They really went above and beyond! They professionally worked with a difficult buyer to make sure the deal closed on terms that were good for everyone. Excellent work in all respects and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others in the future!

We recently bought our first single family home with the help of Gillian and Patrick during a historically unusual housing market. We booked a meeting with them without a reference (just optimism and a gut feeling) and afterwards had no hesitation about hiring them to help us find our new home. We had a very specific wish list with not much wiggle room. The Leaper Team helped us navigate through disclosure packets and home inspections with a level experience and honesty we still feel very lucky to have had. Not once did we feel pressured to put in an offer on something that didn't fit the bill. We found our home relatively quickly with their help and good luck. We've been living here for four months and we're very happy. We were also first time sellers in a shifting condo market. They miraculously managed to sell our place in record time and for a price we were comfortable with. They provided excellent marketing and tasteful staging, which really did the trick. Gillian and Pat are super sharp when it comes to reading through contracts and disclosure packets. They were able to point out potential issues and red flags in both the buying and selling stages, which made us feel very cared for. We are so thankful to have found The Leaper Team and the overall positive experience they provided.

Pat and Gillean were fabulous to work with - responsive, professional, understanding and compassionate. They helped us get our home ready for sale, including assisting with supervising work being done while we were moving to another state. They got us through the entire sale process smoothly without a lot of stress and hassle and we absolutely recommend them to others looking to sell their home. They were really great to work with!
