Amy and Dana were great! They worked with me to find the perfect place in my price range, and really went above and beyond during the whole process. Amy was really excellent during negotiations and, even in a super crazy market, was able to advise me on writing a competitive offer so that I was able to find my dream home. Amy and Dana were fantastic to work with. I am a first time home buyer and felt very overwhelmed by the prospect of buying a house, but I never felt uncomfortable asking them for guidance no matter how silly my questions seemed. We looked for over a year and they really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the place that I eventually bought. I'm also a wheelchair user and have various accessibility needs that they were always very conscientious of. They're both friendly, patient, and supportive -- I highly recommend!

I can't recommend Amy and Dana highly enough. They are both absolutely wonderful! We recently bought a home in Alameda that would not have been possible without their insights, support and guidance. They took a 5 month journey with us as we made multiple offers in Berkeley, Kensington, Albany and Alameda before finally having an offer accepted on a home that we absolutely love. During that journey they met us at countless homes where they would share their expertise pointing out things that I would have never noticed. Despite being out bid several times, they never pushed us to offer more than we were comfortable with and instead basically served as our therapists talking us through all of the highs and lows of the search.Once we had an offer accepted they were just as present and just as wonderful. They prepped us to understand the closing process, who the players would be and what to expect from the seller. Once we actually took possession they were there to celebrate with us. We absolutely love both Dana and Amy and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the bay!
