I recently moved into one of their property. It has been a good experience so far. Rental application was clear and efficient. I like their portal for all things rental and maintenance. They are also very responsive and quick with maintenance support. I would recommend their service.

Mahasty from Shaw Properties is extremely confrontational, and has accused me of threatening her for asking for basic maintenance and repair to make our unit have livable temperatures. We didn't even have enough smoke detectors in our unit initially, and narrowly avoided an electrical fire and I sustained second degree burns because of the low capacity of the whole unit's electrical circuitry. I have never ever been spoken to in this way by a landlord or rental company - it's plain bad business beyond being rude, unsympathetic, and downright dangerous. I reached out asking for help in our unit in coming up with a collaborative solution, and instead got threatened and gaslit. I will withhold final review until I see if they can handle the above issues correctly.

Just moved into a Shaw Properties managed property and we are very happy with our experience so far! They have been extremely responsive and fixed everything immediately. They follow through on their promises which is so important to us as tenants. The staff is all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
