Megan helped my partner and I buy our first home. It was a tricky process, but she helped us navigate the numerous issues we encountered along the way with knowledgeable advice. She was an advocate for us when we needed it. I appreciated that she was encouraging but also realistic when tough choices needed to be made. Megan was great with our four-year-old son, she really connected with him and he looked forward to seeing her. I think he summed it up when he said, Megan is the best!

Megan helped me to sell my condo a year ago. Lots of offers all over asking, Sold for about $70k more than asking, more than double what I paid 8 years earlier. She worked through some issues with the City of Oakland that might have stalled closing with ease - it was great.

She was a great listener, walked us through the CA housing market challenges, went with us to see countless houses, and navigated our successful offer.
